We understand that there can be instances where the output does not meet your expectations. In such instances, you are welcome to request a full/partial refund, or have your gallery redone within the first seven(7) days of its generation.
To request a refund or reprocessing, please reach out to our support team by email or through the chat feature on our website, providing the email address used at the time of order.
Please note that after downloading the images, a refund will not be possible as this action confirms your acceptance of the generated gallery. However, we encourage to review your gallery once generated before downloading.
